Booking and Confirmation

Payments and Pricing

Payment must be made in full upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if the scope of the move is altered (e.g., additional items, stairs, or delays caused by the client).

We accept various forms of payment including cash, card, and select online payment systems. A deposit may be required for long-distance or large-scale moves.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule moves due to weather, road closures, or safety concerns.

Liability and Insurance

While we handle all belongings with care, we are not liable for items not properly packed by our team or for pre-existing damage. Clients are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for valuable or fragile items.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, or perishable items. Clients must inform us in advance of any unusually heavy, fragile, or oversized items.

Access and Safety

You must ensure that movers have safe and clear access to both origin and destination locations. If access is restricted (e.g., elevators not available, narrow stairs), additional charges may apply.

Property Damage

While we take all necessary precautions, in the rare event of property damage caused by our team, it must be reported before our movers leave the premises. Claims submitted after the move may not be honored.
